Short answer
Ask within 30 days of purchase and we refund you in full. No questions.
What is the guarantee?
Working by tonight or your money back. If you follow the plan and your assistants aren't running, or you simply change your mind, ask for a refund within 30 days of purchase.
How do I ask for a refund?
- Reply to your purchase receipt, or email hello@implementd.ai.
- Say you'd like a refund. You don't need to give a reason.
How is the refund paid?
Checkout runs on Gumroad, so the refund goes back to the payment method you used, through Gumroad. How long it takes to show up depends on Gumroad and your bank or card.
What about my AI plan?
Your ChatGPT, Claude or Grok plan is bought from that company, not from us, so we can't refund it. Cancel it with that company if you no longer want it.
