What do we collect?

• Email sign-ups. Your email address, and your first name if you give it, when you ask for the free Morning Briefing. Our email list runs on Kit, an email service.
• Purchases. Checkout runs on Gumroad. Gumroad handles your payment; we don't see or store your card number. Gumroad shares with us the details sellers normally receive, such as your name, email and what you bought.
• Site visits. Our hosting provider keeps standard server logs, like IP address and pages requested, to run and protect the site. The site loads fonts from Google Fonts, which means Google receives your IP address when the fonts load.

What do we use it for?

• To send the free briefing and a few short emails about AI jobs worth handing off, with the offer for AI Staff in a Day.
• To deliver your purchase, send updates for 12 months, and handle refunds.
• To answer you when you write to us.

Do we sell or share your data?

We never sell your data. We share it only with the services that run the site, the email list and checkout (our hosting provider, Kit and Gumroad), to do the jobs above.

How do I unsubscribe or delete my data?

Every email has an unsubscribe link. To have your details deleted, email hello@implementd.ai.

What about the AI you use?

When you use ChatGPT, Claude or Grok, your messages go to that company under its own privacy policy, not ours. Never paste passwords, card numbers or bank details into any AI chat.

Will this page change?

If we change what we collect, for example by adding site analytics or ad measurement, we'll update this page and its date first.
