What is AI Staff in a Day?

What is the Setup Interview?
It's one set of instructions you copy and paste into your AI. The AI then interviews you for about 20 minutes, one question at a time, and writes your Business Brain and the instructions for all five assistants itself.
What is the Business Brain?
A one-page profile of your business built from your interview answers: services and prices, area, hours, top customer questions, guarantee and payment terms, follow-up plan, voice, and what the assistants must never say. Every assistant carries a full copy.

Which AI is best for a small service business?

How much do ChatGPT, Claude and Grok cost for a business?
As of October 2026: ChatGPT Plus is $20 a month, Claude Pro is $20 a month or $17 a month paid yearly, and SuperGrok is $30 a month. Prices were last checked October 27, 2026, from each company's own pages and, for SuperGrok, October 2026 pricing roundups.
Can I use a free AI plan?
Yes. The interview and all five assistants work by copy and paste on free plans. Automatic scheduled jobs are limited on free plans; for example, ChatGPT Free allows 3 tasks, at most daily.
Can ChatGPT write email drafts in Gmail?
Yes. As of October 2026, ChatGPT can read Gmail and create reply drafts in Gmail. More in Can ChatGPT, Claude or Grok answer my business email?
Can Claude answer my email?
Claude can read Gmail and Google Calendar, but its Gmail connection is read-only. It writes replies in Claude for you to copy into Gmail.
Does Grok work with Outlook?
Yes. As of October 2026, Grok's connectors for Google Workspace and Outlook read and write.
Will the assistants send anything on their own?
No. They write drafts. You read them and tap send. That's on purpose.
What stops the AI from making things up?
Every assistant is told never to invent prices, dates, policies, discounts, guarantees or facts, and to write [ASK OWNER] wherever a fact is missing. You're still the last check: read every draft before you send it.
Can the assistants read my texts or Facebook messages?
No. On autopilot they read connected email and calendar only. For texts, voicemail or app messages, paste the message in and the assistant drafts a reply you send from your phone.
Will this get me more jobs?
